Climate and Sustainability Policy Expert, Penang Green Council

Shin Wei has over 15 years of experience in the fields of climate change, EU-China cooperation and sustainable development. She has experience in low carbon urbanisation and energy transition, green finance and sustainable development policy. She is currently leading the Penang Green Agenda 2030 initiative at Penang Green Council, which aims at localising climate change and sustainable development policies in Penang. Shin Wei has a legal background with LLM and PhD in Law from University College London, UK.
