Presentation Title

A Narrative of AI in Manufacturing

Abstract

Al is becoming increasingly popular in manufacturing. It has the potential to completely transform the industry. Indeed, the potential of Al seems limitless: faster decision making, better optimisation, better cost control or increased data security. In this session, the speakers acknowledge the hurdles that come with implementing Al on the shop floor, such as complicated data environments, legacy infrastructure, security, or IT-OT integration.

They share their experiences in the field of manufacturing. Then, speaking for Intel and Red Hat, market leaders in their domains, they summarize the vision and recommendations for making Al in the factory possible and easier.
