Presentation Title

The Future-Ready Workplace: A Myth, a Mandate, or a Mindset?

Abstract

In a world where the future is unpredictable, becoming “future ready” can feel like chasing a moving target—especially in the fast-evolving semiconductor industry, where technology is outpacing human adaptability.

This keynote challenges the usual ideas about what it means to be 'future ready'. Instead of trying to keep up with what's next—something that changes at jet speed—it introduces a change-agnostic mental model. One that helps HR leaders build systems and cultures that can thrive, no matter what the future holds.

You’ll walk away with practical tools to plan, adapt, and support your workforce—so they’re not just future ready, but ready for any future.
