Dheeraj Madan is the Senior Director of Manufacturing for ResMed’s Southeast Asia hub, where he leads digital manufacturing, lean transformation, and operational resilience initiatives to enhance responsiveness to market demand and patient needs. With 17+ years of experience across automotive product development and manufacturing engineering, Dheeraj has led R&T and product development teams to launch innovative automotive products in Europe. Over the past 7 years, he transitioned into the highly regulated MedTech sector, optimizing global operations and delivering millions in savings through strategic planning, team restructuring, and performance improvement.

He has successfully driven business development projects, executed global strategies, and forged productive partnerships with industry leaders. Known for his data-driven decision-making, Dheeraj excels at building high-performing teams and aligning them with organizational goals for sustainable growth and success. Passionate about building future-ready operations, he brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. He is particularly interested in how semiconductor and medical device industries can collaborate to drive agility, sustainability, and innovation in production ecosystems.

Outside of work, Dheeraj enjoys family adventures, running, yoga, and meditation—exploring the intersection of mindfulness and leadership.
