Joseph Fitzgerald is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Semiconductor and Tech practice, with a focus on semiconductor and electronics systems supply chain management and engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in semiconductors, electronics and advanced systems manufacturing. Joe has significant expertise in all areas of engineering and supply chain transformations, including product development process improvement and analytics, planning capability improvement, and technology design/implementation, as well as other topics, including innovation, M&A integration, advanced manufacturing, telecom network management, device reverse logistics, and med tech.
Before joining BCG in January 2023, Joe had 11 years’ semiconductor engineering and supply chain experience in the Semiconductor capital equipment business, and 13 years’ consulting experience (at a prior firm) focused on electronics supply chain across multiple industries.
