Presentation Title
Supply Chain Resilience with AI & Digitalization
Abstract
In the last 3-5 years, about 80% of semiconductor companies have experienced supply chain issues, and 84.6% of companies saw an increase in operational costs due to these disruptions. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the semiconductor industry, driving unprecedented advancements in efficiency and innovation. AI-powered smart power systems and energy management tools are optimizing semiconductor operations, leading to a 20% reduction in energy consumption and a 30% increase in production efficiency. By leveraging AI, semiconductor manufacturers can predict equipment failures with 95% accuracy, minimizing downtime and maintenance costs. Additionally, AI-driven analytics enable real-time decision-making, enhancing supply chain resilience and reducing lead times by up to 40%. Join us in this session to learn more about preventing supply chain disruptions with the use of digital technologies and AI.
