One of the latest initiatives is the Smart Urban Co-Innovation Lab, the first industry collaboration and co-innovation platform for smart cities players in Southeast Asia.

CapitaLand, with the support of government agencies in Singapore, launched Southeast Asia's first industry agnostic platform to catalyse smart cities co-innovation on 28 October 2020. See examples of key projects being pursued in the Smart Urban Co-Innovation Lab, the challenges and opportunities for the industries like semiconductor, as well as the need for 5G infrastructure.
