Overcoming Test Challenges Arise from Heterogenous Integration
As classic Moore’s law scaling is slowing down, heterogeneous integration has proven to be a good alternative in packing performance and functions of multiple chiplets into single package. The mix and match options of integrating a device gives flexibility to target specific applications and markets at a faster time to market. However, the benefit of flexibly adding functions and performance also pose challenges in controlling yield and cost. In this presentation, we will discuss various test challenges arises from heterogeneous integration, and how this is addressed with the technical solution.
