Mr Lek Liat Boon is a Senior Research Engineer; Sustainability & Life Cycle Management Division – SIMTech. He is the course leader for Green Compass and has over 25 years of experience in Production, Procurement, Test & Quality Engineering and Management within the Manufacturing sector. His key capability/skills are course development, contract manufacturer management and process improvement/optimisation. Other areas of experience are in Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, 6S Implementation and Systematic Layout Planning.
