This promotion is organised by the SEMI Southeast Asia Pte Ltd (“SEMI”) and is open to all participants.
Participation is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Entry into this promotion shall be deemed as acceptance of these T&Cs, including any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications thereto. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs. Noncompliance with or breach of any of these T&Cs may disqualify a participant at any stage of the promotion, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
Terms & Conditions
1.SEMI may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion, without notice or assigning any reason therefore:
(a) substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes;
(b) suspend, withdraw or terminate the promotion; or
(c) delete, vary, supplement, amend or modify these T&Cs in such manner as SEMI deems fit, including without limitation, the eligibility of participants, the bases and methods of identification of any winner(s) and any dates in connection with the promotion, the promotion period, number of winners and dates. SEMI shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable to for any claims, costs, expenses, loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the aforementioned changes. Any amendments to the T&Cs will be posted on the SEMI SEA Social Media
2. Winners will be notified at the end of each working week on the collection of the prizes.SEMI reserves the right to draw a reserve winner or winners to replace a winner who is subsequently disqualified or whose prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever. In the event of dispute, SEMI’s decision is final and conclusive.
