Ms. Yi Hui LIM
Director, Environmental Sustainability & Compliance, Micron Technology, Singapore
YI HUI LIM is the Director of Environmental Sustainability & Compliance at Micron Technology. She is responsible for driving Micron's Environmental Sustainability programs including process design, future fab integration, operations optimization with smart manufacturing analytics and supplier engagement to advance Micron towards her aspirational goals of net zero emissions, 100% carbon-free electricity globally, 100% water conservation and zero waste to landfill.
Prior to her career in Environmental Sustainability, Yi Hui was a part of Micron's Frontend Strategy & Operations Team where she drove business plan validation and transformative initiatives across EHS, cost, scale, quality and cycle time programs. Prior to that, Yi Hui was a Dry Etch Process Engineer.
Yi Hui holds a master's degree in management of technology (where she was awarded Tang Yuen Seng Prize) and an honor's degree in chemical and biomolecular engineering from National University of Singapore. Most recently, Yi Hui is pursuing sustainability studies in Harvard Extension School.
