Mr. Kamaldin NORDIN

Kamaldin Nordin is currently a Human Resources Senior Director & Head of Asia HR for ON Semiconductor (onsemi). He has responsibility for over 23,000 employees in eleven countries in Asia. As Head of HR for Asia, he partners with Global Manufacturing & R&D Leaders to deliver people agenda in supporting the business goals. onsemi creates intelligent power and sensing technologies that solve the world’s most complex challenges and leads the way in creating a safer, cleaner, and smarter world. Prior to this role, he was the Malaysia HR Director for Bose Systems Malaysia Sdn, Bhd. He is the employee number one as part of the pioneer set-up team to set-up the company in Asia. The first manufacturing facility outside north America.

He had vast experiences in human resources management and development. He had served the Asia Pacific/Middle East regions as Director for Motorola University. He was responsible for the Motorola employees’ developments in the Asia Pacific region through execution of talent development, learning intervention and strategic talent pipeline programs. He holds MBA from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and BBA from International Islamic University Malaysia. Kamaldin Nordin is also a Certified Professional Coach.
