Ms. Lena TAN

With more than 30 years’ solid HR experience focused on People and Culture Strategy and Management in large multinational and local organizations.

Lena is currently the HR Head for Malaysia comprising of 16000 employees in 3 locations Kulim, Penang and Melaka.  Lena holds a Masters in IT in Business from the United Kingdom. Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Development and Strategic Rewards are her passions that she drives. 

She started her journey as employee #1 in Infineon Kulim heading the Training & Development department in 2005 and was instrumental in the success of the On-The-Job Training for 400+ employees in Austria/Germany.

She was promoted to Head of HR for Kulim in the year 2010 and HR Head for Malaysia in 2025.
