Ms. Siew Yen OOI

Siew Yen lives by the mantra - To inspire synergy in a way that nurtures harmony, so that together, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. She strives to serve humbly to the fullest of her ability and continues to inspire, motivate, care and contribute back to the development of our future leaders. Siew Yen is currently the Head of HR for Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Facilities at NI-Emerson. She leads the HR function supporting 3 main factories and centres predominantly in Malaysia, Hungary and United States.
