Mr. Aravindh Vangal - Advanced Packaging Technical Committee

Aravindh Vangal is the Product Marketing Manager at KLA Corporation. Prior to that, he have been a Senior Applications Engineer focused on inspection and metrology tools for the Advanced Packaging segment in the semiconductor industry with KLA for about five years. Before joining KLA, he worked in a system integration role at ASML, a lithography tool manufacturer for the front-end for three years. 

Prior to joining ASML, he obtained his Masters’ degree from the Delft University of Technology in Microelectronics with a specialization in Microsystems Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology with a specialization in circuit design.
